• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

'when in quick match form either ranking or friendly, no opponent is found???

when searching a match room, the room names are displayed but every time i try to connect with a room a warning box tells me ' i failed to connect with opponent ', ' an error has occurred ' or ' could not access due to another user '....


please someone help me this happens everytime.
 
i already have downloaded the patch and its installed i think
i downloaded it when i put in the game and it came up saying there was a update available so i downloaded it and i still have this problem
 
I started on-line yesterday and had the same problem what I did was create a match and some guys jumped in to give me a game.

I'm wondering if it's got something to do with NOT settings on your modem? .......if it is set to srict it can be difficult to connect.
 
I can't even get into the lobby its saying cannot log in, I have registered with the pro evo registration, and other online games works fine its just this, any ideas??
