• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

Face Scans Missing

Has anyone noticed that both Naby Keita at Liverpool and Kean at Juventus has generic faces in PES 2019 despite having face scans last year?? I guess it's something to do with the fact that they were only re-introduced to the game with the live update this morning but surely this will be fixed asap?

I'll be raging if we have to wait for the first data pack to get it sorted.
 
Although new topic not needed it is like Tevez last year.Cyberfaces only added with DAtapack

That's pretty shocking to be honest. I mean they have them just sitting there. Also I noticed in pre-release gameplay France had Coman in the team complete with scanned face but as with last years game he is nowhere to be found.
 
I can actually see me buying this on PC as well just to get some of these updates from the community instead of waiting for Konami to sort it out.
