Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.
In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.
We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

Henry does it as well in the game
it is not a skill where you can press a button, the player does it by himself, you just need to make him turn on a right angle IMO.

You generally need to have a pretty slow speed, and then turn 90 degrees left or right when an opponent is nearby.
Sometimes it works in 45 degree angles aswell. Sometimes it can be done on the first touch from a pass I think aswell.

yeah, it often happens with cristiano ronaldo, henry, and it's called heel dash (i think)
