Help: How do I install an option file on PS3 without a USB stick?

Hi all

I want to try the "Von Option File" for the PS3 (I got a PS3 yesterday!) but I'm not sure how to update my PES. I unfortunately don't have a USB stick....is there a way I can do it?

burn it to cd or dvd ...
or if you got a mobile phone / dig camera with usb leads
use your pc to copy the option file to phone/cam and then
plug it to ps3 via usb think its triangle to display all files
then just copy it over

sadly yes.. theres no other way to do it
mine only took about 5-10mins to copy over
