• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

For example, I am looking for Edin Dzeko, who is not on a club team - how do I find him?

Or is this a flaw in the game that doesn't allow me to look for players not already assigned on a club team?
 
Yeah, you answered it yourself, you can't buy players who are not in a club team.

I suggest you get an option file with Bundesliga included or you can create a 2nd Dzeko by base copying him from Bosnian team and either leaving him in created players or putting him in one of the fake teams.

Wow, what a flaw. Previous editions of the game allowed you to buy non-affiliated players!
