• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

no eng in WE2012 (JP) - options?

Perhaps ignorantly, I presumed that JP WE2012 ver would come with eng lang support out of the box (as was the case in earlier editions). Suffice to say, with the complex/in-depth menus, this is a lil' out of my league compared to the good ol' days!

Appreciate any help...fernando, where are you!

You seem so sure - well, I have the game, mate. In previous editions, it would normally prompt you at the beginning to select your language. It did not for WE12; at least, not in a readily identifyable manner...

i need directions to select eng.
