would anyone have an obvious suggestion/solution for pes 11, pes 2013, pes 2017, fifa 07, fifa 09, fifa 11 and fifa 15 not running smoothly on my windows 10 laptop?
for context fita 17, pes 2018 and football life all run perfectly so it's definitely an issue with the older games
I've tried changing the refresh rate of my screen down to 100hz (the lowest it will go) and capping my fps at 60 but it's not really helping
is there any dll based fix or anything else that I'm not thinking of?
