• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

Hey guys, this is more of a query to see if others are experiencing this - when I go to matchmaking I never, and I mean NEVER find someone to play against.

It just sits there forever looking for an opponent. When 2019 was first released it did not work at all for about the first month, I am wondering if it will be like that this time too.

I was wondering too if it could be related to where I am in the world, I live in New Zealand so kinda isolated, but surely there would be some players to play against.

Really like to hear what you guys think, or if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
 
I live in Italy and sometimes I try to play some friendly games online. Often many minutes pass before finding someone...
 
Just an update on this issue, but in the last week it has begun to work. No idea what the difference is. I still have to wait a bit to find an opponent, but anyway.
