• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

PES 2009 Error (80010029) - PS3

When i purchased PES 2009 (PS3) everything was working fine. When i was prompted to download update 1.10 i successfully did so. However ever since i downloaded the update i was always get the following message when i boot up PES:

'A error occurred.
(80010029)'

I also get this message when i try to install the game onto the HD.

I don't know what to do. I contacted Konami and they said this error is unknown and that i should send them a 'DirectX diagnostic log from my system with screenshots'. What a bunch of bastards i clearly told them it was on PS3.

I believe people here will be much more helpful than Konami.
 
Problem solved. I deleted the update file and downloaded it again. Everything is working now.
