What region is BLES-21948 for PES 2012?

I posted this in PES 2012 but I don't think anyone goes there.

I am playing on PCSX v2.2. I downloaded the PES 08-14 option files. I am am trying to download Fabricios OF in the 2012 folder. The European version is only for BLES-55658 (Spanish version). Is there anyway to change it to BLES-55656 (English version)?

Also he has an American region version file BLUS-21948. The file in folder mode will not start the game. The other version for the memory card version comes up as BLES-21948. I dont know what region this file is for. Is there anyway to change this one to either BLUS-21948 or BLUS-55656?

You can import the option file from the one you want into an option file that the specific games uses with the editor.
