Winning eleven 9 LE resolution and game speed

Hi all my dear friends, this is my first post here after discovering that great forum
My question is when I play we9 le edition on my medium specs laptop on 1024x768 the gameplay is rapid but the camera angle is so bad but playing on1280x768 the camera view is excellent but the gameplay is slow, not lagging but slow pass and slow sprint in general compared to the lower resolution.
Is there any fix or that is normal or my laptop is weak.
Nb. I attach my laptop to an LG wide screen

Use kitserver. There is a file speeder.cfg that can adjust the speed
