• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (360/PS3/PC)

M4 is my favourite and I think its the best but I've been using the G3 in recent sessions and I'm liking it a lot.

Addition of Host Migration

MAN, this game is INTENSE online! Finally tried it out with my PS3, no lag, and I was getting my ass handed to me! lol.

My gun sucks hardcore. I will be shooting at someone and it seems like my bullets are like airsoft pellets. ;(

Is it me or are you just stuck with crappy defaults at the beginning of your online experience?
 
What happened to our clan matches (360)? Anyone up for a session tonight?
 
Getting the game newt week so I was wondering if some of you could answer 2 simple questions?! Can you play more the 1 player in story mode? Can you bring a guest and play 2 players online?

For this price, infact for full price, I advise anyone with an xbox360 and xbox live to get this game. It is awesome!
 
I am playing on normal level. Reattempting the game in the next level up and having a hard time at certain points where there are tons of enemies all coming at once.

I just need more practice at it since my aiming sucks with the sticks. It takes forever for me to move the cross hairs onto a target. Even if it is still!

I was on a online match where I didn't even get one kill! I am starting to see that I simply suck at the game at the moment! Sad day... ;)

TIPS:
just obvious stuff move from object to object
be quick when moving to places
don't take 10 seconds aiming at someone


its an amazing game
can't wait to get a HD 32inch
to really see how well it plays!!

if your playing the missions offline just be patient while playing the harder levels. the terrorists arent going to come round and knife ya like online players would so just take ya time and pick em off. Some sections can seem impossible on veteran, usually the ones where your in the helicopter and obviously the timed mission at the end is tough.

Online is harder, im a decent online player (i usually finish 2nd or 3rd in my team, sometimes top if its my birthday) anyway, try playing different gametypes. I don't know what type you play right now but im guessing mostly free for all. That can be tough. Try some search and destroy where you can only die once each round, it makes you think and also if you do die you can watch your team mates and learn things. Also your perks! what perks do you have??? I use martydom, UAV jammer and my last perk changes depending on what gametype im playing. Sometimes i use bomb squad in search and destroy to watch out for c4 and claymores. Other times its RPG in deathmatches incase someone calls the chopper in. The 3 grenades is best but i cant use it yet as i got to lvl55 and started again so im not high enough yet to unlock them.

My fav is the UAV jammer. You can really do some damage when the other team has the UAV online.

The online experience (at least on PS3) has really dipped recently, I think they need to take a look at their servers because it takes forever to get onto a game at the moment.
 
Just sold this to CEX for £30. Only paid £34 for it in the first place! :)
 
I remember that. I am sure I bought it there, can't remember now!
