Thanks. I am just getting into things. The gameplay looks very good esp with the camera mod. I have the stadiums mods working well now. This looks really promising.

I have tried playing and the control system is awful. I just cant get the controls. The inability to change settings from within a game is really frustrating. I am not sure I can play this game is its so clunky and frustrating
Of course you can change controls from.within a game. Pause game , select side select and hit square to access all controls option .
Regarding the clunky feeling , I do t get that at all, they move with weight as humans do. If youre coming from FIFA where there is close to zero natural movement I guess it will take some adjustments.
If you're used to FIFA controls, you can go to personal data settings and in your data preset change the control layout from standard to alternate.

I havent played fifa in some time. Fifa 25 was quickly abandoned. Fifa 24 is equally unplayable.
Heres my initial impressions of FL26. Almost a good game. The one thing it shares in common with fifa is the scripting. Its quite appalling in this game too. You can see it kick in. As with fifa when it kicks in theres nothing you can do to stop them scoring. The ref is the other sides 12th man.
Control wise I havent a clue how to send your players on a run. Theres not much intuition in the AI. Yes its frustrating like fifa.
On the plus side I do like the presentation and graphics. Gameplay has a lot of potential. I have given a good test of the game and used various ai mods and the same problems in the game persist. Theres definitely hard coded scripting in the game.
Of course its better than fifa. Its impossible to be worse. Its years since I have played fifa seriously. I used to have my own fifa channel on youtube. its been dormant for years.
Is FL26 realistic and like real football. Absolutely not. The technology doesnt exist to make football games realistic.
At least with fifa until around 20 you could totally remove the scripting.

You're not going to find a completely good game, pick one and have fun. I'm in the same boat, I keep switching between FIFA and old PES games and none of them really satisfy me. I believe that as we get older we get more "boring," but I've come to the conclusion that we'll get older and more boring and in the end we won't enjoy any football game because the flaws are in all of them. I even tried playing PES 5 and 6 more convincingly and it was even worse due to the technology they defended at the time!I keep switching between games, I'm not into soccer, because I'm always trying to find some flaw in the game I'm playing lol, when that happens I just turn off the PC and go back to the real world, I play tennis or soccer to clear my head lol!

So guys, this is my opinion and my theory only but I'm starting to think PES 21 & FL 26 shine and trully become a masterpiece if the appropriate camera is used. That camera is ether Stadium, Dynamic Wide, or Fan View. Especially if tweaked in the sider. Height...angle etc....Live Broadcast camera looks good but it takes away a lot of elements from the actual gameplay. Camera does affect gameplay in my opinon. I always used Live Broadcast but now after trying Stadium cam and raising the height and zooming out it changes everything. PES was always meant to be played on Wide cam or Normal Long back in the PS2 days. It what gave us that special gameplay.

i dont know if anyone here knows this but i would just like to share that PES 2020 on PC has been fully cracked. the latest version with its DLCs. here - . this might be the wrong space to link this but i apologise. PES 2021 might come soon as well as its on the list.

These are different games, require different approach. This is a videogame, there must be some level of scripting.
In Fifa your defense relies on pressuring the opponent to provoke a mistake, in PES is the contrary, you close the gaps and spaces until opponent makes a mistake. Fifa is about creating opportunities, PES is about space, the volume and speed of the game is completely different.
PES21 is not perfect, FL26 on the OTOH is something else. Fifa is not a game, it is a gambling software.
To play PES and play FIFA successfully you must have different approach towards both games. Both are videogames about football, but it is the same as comparing GTA 5 or Skyrim, both are Open World RPGs.

You are not in your zone and being too harsh. This coming from someone that played both FIFA and PES at tournament level for years. Scripting was introduced via AI sliders, and implemented around Fifa 12 and 13 respectively, I was there. I left Fifa for this very same reason, the AI sliders were evidence that the game engine could nerf or boost the AI, what would prevent it from applying to your team? This feature was developed and introduced at the same time that Ultimate Team was. Fifa is deceased since then, maybe Fifa '09 was good.
I'm engaging with you earnestly. There must be SOME level of scripting because this is a game, coded in computer logic, there must be some that is tolerable. We approach football games wrongly, because we expect fairness from a game(football), that in IRL is absolutely random and not fair.
Captain obvious. You actually understand, you just want it to be different. If you expect the videogame to be fair, it would not be football, and if you also expect it to be completely random, than it is not possible, a videogame will never encompass reality's randomness. There must be a compromise coming from you or the machine, you can't have your cake and eat it too. Better get fit and boots on the field if you want it to be real football.
You are trying to convince yourself of something. It is like having a perfect girlfriend, but still being non-chalant, because you think she would be perfect if she lost 2 pounds, or liked anime. This is not a personal shot at you, I'm just illustrating the situation. Most people prefer to spend their energy complaining that something is not perfect than actually enjoying what they already have.

Every time I complete a match in become a legend in pes 21(football life 26) my career stats i.e. the goals and assist records just doesn't update. I started a new become a legend save and I've played 9 matches scored 6 goals and 4 assists, yet the stats always remain at 2 appearances 2 goals and 1 assist. Also my Become a legend settings always revert back to default every time i open the game. I'm I the only one experiencing this or is their a solution to this problem. Anyone with a solution please help.

Hi Iv installed a few gameplay mods via live cpk and they work fine but the controller is always wanting to pull down towards the bottom of the screen is this normal? I have to press r2 to be able to move in a different direction with the player. Is there anyway I can stop this? Because I do like some of the mods but end up goin back to default gameplay as when I get through on goal and my striker turns and runs down instead of towards goal it’s very bloody frustrating and my steam deck nearly goes out the window! Iv had a look at the directx input and stuff not sure if the problem could be solved with them? Tia

Hey guys, good evening. I'm a beginner and there's an old PES 21 patch that I really like. It was made available for free and later abandoned by the author. I'd like to change some things in it, but I'm having some problems. It only works correctly with DLC 4.0, it doesn't have sider files, and I even tried adding sider files and installing a commentator server via sider, but it didn't work because the entire patch was done via CPK. So I'd also like to know if anyone has any commentary different from the original PES 21 commentary in CPK format that they could share. Any information would help a beginner here, thank you very much.

agreed, but for me the best all rounder game of football at least from the last 6 or 7 years is fifa 19, i find that it has the best balance of variety of all the fifas i played, u could score any type of goal, and the cpu aswell and it s satisfying enough, im not sure if people agree with me

Hello everyone. I don't know if any of you noticed, but the motion blur feature in PES 2019 is not present in PES 2021. It appears to be in the settings, but it is clearly not visible in position replays. Can the motion blur from PES 2019 be transferred to PES 2021?
Additionally, is it possible to transfer the grass from PES 2019 to PES 2021? If anyone has information on this, I would greatly appreciate your response.
Look how realistic the replays in PES 2019 are, just like in live matches. This is not the case in PES 2021.

Guys!!
In Pes 21 The "Motion Blur" problem while ball across the screen or during speedy movement of screen literally gives me "Headache+eye strain".
I turned off motion blur+depth field+post processing and tried many settings but still motion blur exist.
I'm using cpy cracked elamigo , dlc7
My eyes are not allowing me to play pes 21😭

Install Football Life 2026, which is already updated, and do not purchase any mods... Everything you need eventually for modding (like other gameplays alternatives) is available for free in this forum (EDITING PES 2021 SECTION).
