Add a second goalkeeper strip in the team edit mode.

Be able to change difficulties during the match.

When the player indicator above the player's head is full, the human has control, however, I would add the option to be able to press a designated button and the indicator would remain with the player and be empty under computer control. We can also have the ability to switch to a different player whilst the indicator is empty and under computer control. This would create an interactive coach mode whilst not having to leave the match to switch between play and coach modes.

Go the way of Football Manager tactics with player roles and duties, duties being the player's competitiveness in situations, cautious/balanced/aggressive.

Be able to edit language of club banners at the ground. Currently they are hard coded.

Display club sponsors at the ground in place of current sponsors.

Created player names and created club names spoken by the commentary.

Play in cloudy conditions, separate from rainy, cloudy and rainy.

Konami can't use the excuse of no resources available, be it Console or PC. There's lots that should be in the video game, for offline use, that they neglect, and deliberately.

It's not just Konami.

EA has a severe denial of club customisation as well.

A company or business should be just a brand identification and not something a human can be protected from.

The thinking at these places is greatly in favour of online play.

We look at sport with a passion for logical, obvious, and pure things of the sport, because of our dreams and imagination.

Not from a profit point of view. Not that there is anything wrong with profit.

However, there's no reason we can't have what we want, because business people were kids and somewhere along the way lost their passion and soul for sport in a quest for profit. Which is understandable.

Example: PES 21 is hard, if not impossible, to find anymore. It's stupid from our point of view because there are old vehicles, furniture, and property for sale. From their business point of view, they want only the newest available, so everybody is forced to buy every year.
