• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

Fifa 11 Xbox 360/PS3

We are a PAL region, but we do get games from all regions as well.

And no I didn't get it yet. Too sick to leave the house tbh.

Yep. And FIFA11 provides definitions for the Specialities but not for the Attributes or Traits, at least not in the demo. Hopefully I can get those at the Creation Centre, make it useful for something ;)

I'm playing with Stevenage, though I have had a few games with Leeds and the pressure was much better in both, you kind of get what you deserve really, I could knock it around and build up play quite well, but if you hit long balls or just run at teams they will close you down... :P

As I resisted loading the demo and only had the Play-tests to go on, I'm enjoying all the new touches in the game, though the AI is a little trick heavy but this can be altered, I'm sure there will be some patches after the official release.. The shooting is much better and harder, I have everything set to manual but that and I'm noticing passes going astray and miss timed shots etc, much more... :PIRATE:

Oh not played the demo? OK, thats what i was comparing it against.. I played the gamerbase version and the pressuring was fine then the demo arrives and its waaaay up on what i played only 2-3 weeks before.

What you describe sounds like its back to being more like the gamerbase levels.

That's 6 ppl who I now know of that has been given early copies. I need to get in this inner EA circle

Just reserved my copy at Blockbusters. They promise not to be beaten on price by Game, Gamemaster or they will give you the difference. Traded in Fifa10 and World Cup (only got a fiver each for those which I think is a bit stingy). And they are opening at 8am on release day so I'll be able to play it before I go to work.

Wait, so you think the demo is an earlier build than the one played at Gamerbase? It wouldn't really make sense to increase pressure for demo only to decrease it again for final release. Possible, but strange.

It'd be nice if we had some comparisons made between demo gameplay and final code *hint, hint*.

It's pretty much the same on both I think, although when I've played previous FIFAs on my mates PS3s, there has been some slowdown at times on a crowded screen, it's hardly noticeable though and may not even be the case on 11.

On PS3 you can download option files etc. more easily, I seem to remember a PS3 option file that changed certain attributes for all players in a league in an attempt to improve gameplay.

Just get whichever version your mates will play Clubs on, imo it's the only part of FIFA worth playing.
