FIFA players db changes crashes career mode

Guys, i have a question. I did some changes ( mostly reduced value for speed, agility, ball controll, potential columns) to players file from fifa 22 db. Didn't touch anything else ... When i import it back, in kick off matches everything is fine. But if i start a career mode, it crashes at the first calendar "Advance"

Anyone knows why and how to fix this ?
 
An alternative to this is:

Instead of messing up the DBs,
If you have the FIFA Editor Tool, open it and go to FIFA > Attribulator > Gameplay > Groups > gp_team.

You will find lots of runtime attributes there. Basically, gp_team tweaks these attributes dynamically based on your players' training and morale, among other things. These can be affected game after game. Tweaking each runtime realistically will automatically decrease or increase attribute values accordingly. If you set them all to "0", there will be no attribute manipulations from game to game or from training to training. This is good for career mode, but I'm not sure about kick-off. You can even set negative values to reduce the default attributes if you prefer. It's all about finding the right balance with proper vision. This is doable.

I tried mate but I don't know what settings change what. Do you have a list of what attribulators affects what? There are a ton of them and idk what to touch and what to not change
 
The runtime lists are self-explanatory! Have a look at these, this is what I meant (I'm using Frosty Editor in FIFA 20 as a demo, same method in FIFA 22 using FET):

In the second image, you can see that the fifth value is at '0', which could represent the neutral area. If the 6th value indicates +4, it boosts that attribute by 4. For example, if a player's acceleration is 90 and the sixth value is the result of training, morale, etc., it adjusts the acceleration rating to 94 from the base 90, and so on. Adjust and experiment with all the values.

And my biggest question mate, are there any settings whic cap the attributes? For example, if a player's acceleration is 90, to cap it max at 70 ?

I don't think so. But you can test negative values on those above runtimes to nerf them.

Their performance ranking, from what I understood.
