I just bought PES 2009 this week, I am interested in obtaining files for the XBoX 360, how can I get files without a datel transfer kit? I can't even find one for sale thats used, so I was wondering if there is any other way to obtain these option files, thanks for any info...

Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.
In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.
We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.
File options for the 360?

A device called an Xport 360 where you plug your HDD into a computer to transfer option files from your computer. A real pain but it does work. And it's a bit expensive for something you rarely use. Argh PS3 has it so much easier.
