All players have been created from scratch by me from an original pes6 option file.
Current State of Option File:
All 92 English League clubs complete
8 National Lge teams complete (Cheltenham, Eastleigh, Forest Green, Grimsby, Kidderminster, Macclesfield, Torquay, Tranmere)
The remaining teams from the National Lge have correct player names but nothing else has been done on them yet. The other 12 teams (a mix of National Lge North/South) have nothing done other than the players have their team names for player names as placeholders. So I do not advise using any of those teams as player stats are largely from the original file and you'll have the likes of Altrincham playing like Villarreal or something!
All 92 League Clubs have accurate squads (and squad no.s) as of the end of the summer transfer window and have all players (bar those young players given squad numbers to play in the early round of the Lge cup etc) Also the majority of players who have gone on loan have been moved to their loan clubs. Those players loaned abroad (such as Szczesny of Arsenal) have for now been placed as Free Agents to keep the squads accurate.
The 8 National Lge teams completed are all accurate as of November 2015 as they have just been done this past week or so.
ALL players (over 2300 at this point!) have accurate nationalities, age (give or take a year dependent on birthday!), height, weight, foot and position. This leads to a very realistic feel to the game in my opinion such as for those very one footed players and of course simpler things like a height advantage being accurate for players. This has taken hundreds of hours over the last 4-5 months and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have been doing.
All other complete teams that don't yet have a kit made by mattybadger have been made (approximately) in game so will at least be representative of the teams. I haven't made any in game kits for Premier and Championship as they are available in many places to download.
All teams mentioned above as yet to be done have not got accurate kits yet and won't until I complete them (the rest of the national lge and north/south)
This option file is meant solely as a representation of the English Leagues and the international sides are not intended to be used although of course the English, Scottish, Welsh, Northern Irish and Irish are very well represented and can be fully used. All other countries have those who are in the English leagues in their squad but the rest of the players are simply named by their country as place holders and to ensure each national team has enough players in it as I'm not sure if it will crash the game otherwise were you to attempt to play with them.
Master League has not been thoroughly tested but on advice from Shollym I have not edited any shop players, classic players or unused players etc and only edited those players on the original squads so I'm led to believe it should work fine.

** Edit: Just to say skin colours are not yet correct for the National Lge teams that are complete otherwise. All other skin colours should be correct for the 92 lge teams but if you spot any that I've missed and are wrong let me know and I'll change them.
If anyone would like to use the option file to make a complete English Patch then they are free to do so just please credit me for the option file. I'd love to have done that myself but just don't have the time.
