I also have the same problems, when i choose new tournament, its loading for 2 second and then brings me back in the main screen

The patch is amazing, but I have some issues.
Sometimes it starts, sometimes it doesn't. I don't know why - tried compatibility mode with Windows 7 + run as admin - same issue.
Some stadiums are ok, others are brown and all I can see are the players.
My PC specs are I7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz/Iris XE Graphics/ 16GB RAM so I shouldn't have any problem running FIFA 14.

Player ratings are quite ok. But some are overrated - Francescoli 94?? Better than Stoichkov, Laudrup, Hagi, Figo? I don't think so.
BTW wasn't in this FIFA that players had muscular bodies ? Was hilarious back in the time.

Reinstall the game or regenerate with Regenerator i68 all the tasks must to be in green to be, after that everything will be ok, i havent any issues and tested it on Windows 11 laptop and PC! :) Marry Christmas :)

I reinstalled the game and regenerated the files with Regenerator i68 and it's the same thing. Some stadiums work fine. Others don't. Maybe it's a compatibility problem of my graphic card (Iris XE) with the created stadiums. I don't know. I also use Windows 11.

I have a similar problem, but it only happens with the 50s and 60s. The Patch opens, but when I go through the World Cup cutscene, the game closes. Could this be a problem with these DBs from the decades?

Wrote to the creators in soccergaming thread, well for me all databases work perfect, with no problems, specially now i tested the 50-s and 60-s too databases, and it works well corect all database :) P.S. For me like PES 6 Classic Patch by Shollym and the WE 3 Classicos 2004 Patch, these are the best Classic Mods on FIFA and Pro Evolution Soccer Series :)

I tested the patch with all DBs and it's the same. In my case I suppose there are some compatibily issues between my graphics card and FIFA 14. I also had problems with PES 2010 without any patches.
 
Where are the grass wear graphics installed? I have seen that there is one with lines on the grass but I have also seen that it combines with wear giving a feeling of 80s football. I use classic patch.

Alr tq, i just put to data/ui/game and forget to regenerated bh so that's why is doesn't work :)

In folder dlc or in the game you must have db-s from 1870 to 2010-s decade DB. In my game are in the dlc folder then you choose maybe DB - DLC 2000 and unrar and paste it to the game folder with yes to all. Same for other decades. Play :)
 
Is there any way to edit the gameplay through the Cl.ini file?


I come from FIFA 16 and I love being able to tweak the gameplay.

Is it possible to include the Esporte Clube Bahia (Brazil) team from 1959-60? It participated in the first Libertadores in history, in 1960, and also in the 1989 Libertadores.

The patch is very well done and I think it's unique. It's like a kind of football history. The problem I noticed is with the rating system.

For example, out of the 24 teams that participated in the 1990 FIFA World Cup, 16 have a 5-star rating in this patch. Virtually all of the teams are extraordinarily good.There should be greater diversity in rating allocation.

Anyway, many players don't care about this, it was just a personal opinion.
 
I wanted to buy FIFA 14 because didn't got it back in the day, and prices are astronomical on those shady resellers without the guarantee that I'll not get scammed in the end. Can please somebody PM me :PRAY:, or post, where I can download it virus free that could work with this patch? Much appreciated... I remember that @MadbaLL posted something long ago but I can't find it. Also, this game is abandonware and I think will not be against the forum rules... Thanks !!! :WORSHIP:

In the end searching on those FIFA threads on EvoWeb I've encountered this gem of a thread and bookmarked it if somebody else is searching for those classic titles in the future. Wasn't aware that my bro @millossobek posted those links, and very grateful because preserving older games is very important for the fact that modern football games are all riddled with microtransactions as online live services...
