• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

No 360 codes out yet by the looks of it.
 
well redeem code i got doesn't fit in,i have a 5 digit code,but ps store wants 1234x1234x1234x1234

regarding the pm you sent about the beta and gamertags, did you send mine for 360, i seem to be the only one whos got the wrong console code, slightly pissed off about it, god knows how the guys who didnt get one feel
 
It says code does not exist. Does the fact that I am using an American xbox account be causing the problem?

Possibly. Are you actually in the US?

If you have the cash perhaps try and make a new live profile? (I doubt the code is linked to the profile you put in the registration)
