PES 2017 - 85 or 100Hz on CRT - is it possible?

Hi all!
I have very old computer with Win 7 x64, 4 Gb RAM, AMD HD 4670 video, CRT 17" Philips 107P4

In almost all old games on my PC it's possible to run them at 1024x768 @ 85Hz or 100Hz
PES 2017 goes smoothly enough, but only at 60Hz.
Look like it's adapted for LCD only
Is there a way to run it at 85Hz? cause 60Hz flickers on CRT

I have 85 Hz on windows desktop and all applications

2 weeks ago I've send my old 22" LCD to electronic heaven, if I had an idea that still CRT out there, I've sent it to you for free...

Yep, but that's not it
Monitor still works at 60Hz
Usually I can set 85 or 100Hz inside game settings, but can not find it there.

if you set desktop refresh rate to 100Hz and run the game in window mode, you can force 100Hz.

Basically, thats the last resort method to force regresh rate on windows games.
