• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

reversing my van into a telegraph pole leaving a big dent in the back panel and a slightly knocked licence plate. Was reversing out of a car park and didn't even consider it would be there. Bugger.

The only solutions are for everyone to remove me from you list's or just delete them emails when they come

It's nothing to worry about but also nothing you can DO anything about. Here's what happens.

E-mail virus "X" is on Joe's computer. It harvests all of the e-mail addresses it can find (including yours). It picks one at random and "spoofs" that one as the sender address, thus ensuring Joe doesn't get suspicious seeing the spate of failure messages (because everybody has a bunch of "dead" addresses in their address book). You lucked out being picked as the spoofed address.

You don't have a virus. Joe has a virus. And unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it.
