Hi everyone,
I need urgent help. My high-value eFootball account was stolen, and I have been fighting to get it back for over 100 days.
The Situation:
I was in active contact with Konami support regarding the theft, and they were replying to me initially. However, everything changed when I sent them the ultimate proof of ownership—my original Konami ID registration email.
The Timeline of Silence:
I provided the registration email (the "Golden Proof") as requested to prove I am the original owner.
Since November 17th, 2025, Konami has gone completely silent.
I haven't received a single human response for months now.
Every time I try to follow up or ask for an update on my case, I just get a new automated Inquiry ID, which seems to restart the process instead of continuing from where we left off. It’s been a 100-day loop of automated emails.
Account Details:
Stolen Account: High-value squad (3209 strength, screenshot attached).
Status: Ghosted by support since Nov 17th, despite providing the original registration proof.
Has anyone here experienced this "ghosting" after providing the registration email? Is there any way to break this loop and get a human to actually review the proof I sent back in November?
I’ve put too much heart and effort into this team to let a thief take it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
