Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.
In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.
We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

and minor transition grabs the head easily. If he attempts to transition you hold back on the right analogue stick. Then once you're ready you can just roll out by using a minor transition move. You could try a major transition but it's risky as it's easier to reverse. Minor transitions are more effective and less predictable. If you're in the north/south, I find that major transitions are easier to pull off, but on the whole stick with minor ones. On the higher difficulties you really have to wait till the opponent is more worn out than you. I find it's better after he has attempted a flurry of punches or wears himself out trying to move a number of times. Just be patient, block his punches and bide your time, then grab his head and minor transition out of it. All in all, random transition spamming will get you nowhere, so pick your moments otherwise he'll reverse you.
I think I will wait for a patch to resolve the disconnections and lag issues before I buy it. Plus it will hopefully be cheaper by then.
