• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book/contacts will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

Xbox 360 broken datapack solution:

download both files:

download Horizon

using a USB stick formated on Xbox, put files on the stick (with Horizon), transfer to the console (System settings -> storage -> stick -> Games -> BOTH files -> Copy to HDD

get and transfer both files

enjoy online

when you start downloading pack when it reaches 1% go boil an egg for 3 minutes, remove from pan, sit it next to console, when downlaod is complete throw egg out window but dont hit a moving car or pedestrian, clap 3 times then proceed. Works everytime
 
I didn't even bother trying the official download, I just used this method. I can also confirm it works like a charm.
Still not sure what the 600MB datapack actually adds to the game, though.
