• Hotmail/Outlook (any Microsoft email services) folks. Microsoft is currently blocking our emails. We have raised a support ticket with them and will update when we can.

    In the meantime it's possible that adding robot@evoweb.uk to your address book will help and if you're able to switch to a different email provider, that would work fine.

    We have also increased the number of bounce emails we can handle before accounts are marked as requiring verification again to hopefully mitigate the issue a bit as well.

Damnit, shitty SP game :CURSE:

I want to spend my time playing online, not trawling through the rubbish SP "story" :(
 
Maps are getting kinda boring now. At first I thought they were good with them being so large but the corridors that you get pushed into mean it's so open that you either spend ages walking around to suddenly find yourself surrounded or you just jump right into the middle of it all and go gung-ho.

I think I prefer COD4's maps to be honest.
 
That's what I thought dags during my first few days of COD, I hate one or two maps but the rest are fine. The one I hate is the map with all that harvest and water tower!

I'm enjoying SEARCH AND DESTROY though, it's really fun and tactical now with some friends, I also play some HQ from time to time and the casual hardcore team deathmatch.

Currently level 57, I will probably prestige this evening, or tomorrow.

Bloody hell level 57, you've powered it! I'm at 48 just about now, the maps I hate are Airfield and Courtyard, my 2 best ones are Makin and Dome I think. I do still love this game just as much as 4. :D
 
To get a feel for this game you need to saty away from the run and gun deathmatches

all i play now is HQ and Domination with my mates and its alot better, you have to communicate and stuff instead of running around like a headless chicken
 
I'm not ranked enough to try other modes yet :( i think i'm rank 11 or so, will get a few more games in tonight if fremm and yana want to join?

Try aiming with your sniper rifle so you have the general direction. Keep holding zoom, then switch to your pistol quickly. Your aim should then stay in the same direction. But as others have said just keep shooting in his general direction, keep offloading round after round.

Oh and don't forget to :PRAY:
 
I had some crap games last night, killed nearly double what I was killing people :(

So much easier with that perk that jams the recon planes, and using a suppressor.
 
this game is rubbish.

Offers nothing new or different. And any game with zombies is an automatic no-no for me. Zombies are a stupid concept! LOL this post isnt making alot of sense.
 
Zombies isn't meant to be serious, it's all fun with a few friends and a laugh. And to be frank the game isn't very different, but it's much improved and it still offers the fun i had on COD4!
 
I unlocked the Zombie mode yesterday and played it quite a bit with 4 mates and it was awesome and a proper laugh

we need tips though because we cant get past wave 11 :LOL:

what we do we stay in the main room until about level 6 so we have 4000+ points each, then open the door that says "help me" and use our points in the random gun box so we hopefully get a decent gun

what are your lots tactics?
 
When you open that door, stay in that room and don't go out or you're dead. Keep one guy covering the entrance, and the other two taking on the two windows in that room and one guy at the wall which they begin to break.

Yeah that's exactly what we do

if you open up all entrances do you get more weapons or is the only way of getting the good ones in the random box?
 
Well when you go upstairs there is a chest and some random weapons on the wall, but none of them, albeit one of them on the wall which might be a PPSH I think I can't remember, aren't really that good. I think I've got to level 11 on Zombies doing pretty much what you do.

By the way, I have completed the main story, but I haven't got the gold trophy "War Hero" what you get when you have completed it. Anyone else got this? Also there's another one I didn't get about completing all the missions in the Eastern Front, which I must have done because I've completed the story.
 
Yeah you should have the War Hero trophy. I have it and have only gone through and completed the story once.
 
I don't know why I haven't got them then, because I have completed the story!! :( If I hadn't have completed the story I wouldn't have zombie mode but I have got it. I hope I get them, I'm just going through the missions again to get the Death Cards...
