as i'm a stat lover but especially the ones made by Konami
you're not the only one. That's why I'm looking for the CSV file of the OF that matchs the last DLC of PES 2014.
I use the csv files on Notebook LM, although it still work to do cuz it seems sometimes it doesn't read the well.

Yes mate you can check and compare by yourself, i was surprised that Gnabry was in Arsenal with usual youth stats.
But not the ones from WE 2014 final DLC/Aoki, which looked like a fanmade stuffs every new players who made a little thing on the club were a bit overrated, practically all stats on Green and Yellow... And usual "Konami stats" made by the official team were looking far less reliable, too high at least for Ps2 standards and their past rating system.

Sorry but i don't think you can open every single game from all 3ds on Marqiss editor otherwhise i would have checked on my old Hdd and sent you a base untouched save, but i think it won't take you a lot of time to download the game+emulator then run it and compare with Ps2 version ;)

You can check yourself bro, it's quite simple and fast to download Citra and WE 2014 : as the game was out like you said pretty late, their DLC 1 was out on October as usual, a bit more than one month before Wii release probably.

i remember we talked about it on PSD, well i liked to talk attributes meaning but i never used the ones they created as they given too high stats overall at least for Pes ML. Youths were too high, especially in their "experience/mental" stats like Attack/Defense/Mental/Teamwork. I remind a guy from there who thinked the same and did his own formula regarding players age for Mentality and Teamwork lol.

So let's say than for Ps2 at least (as gameplay was already dynamic) all players where rated like when if everyone took anabolic drugs.
Way less balanced as they did usually since WE8, but on Pes 2014 PC PS3 and 360 version it was totally okay as players where difficult to move and it, kind of, reduced some input lag... Weird case.

But i suppose the simpliest explanation was probably because the main team called scouts to work for them as "club editor" and "faces editor" if you remind the call Konami did on Pesfan.com. Never tried once as it was already some work to create at least for me the must have Bundesliga.

Then we should take a look at their stats on PES 2014 pc/ps3 versions to see if there is a gap between the WE Aoki and PES
 
"The J_TEXT is a bit larger than the original one.
If you really want to use it on the original ISO though... You can open the AFS file with DkZ Studio & go to Edit & you'll see the option to reduce AFS file size there.
I mainly stick with the Spanish ISO because it has real callnames for the English teams. (idk how to do that myself. lol)"
hey man, thanks for the info, i was able to reduce the j_text file size in a couple bytes

I've played the spanish ISO too, but the camera mod makes the game run too slow on the PS2, because the zoom is very far from the pitch, so playing on a DVD makes the game really slow

I tested it a few days ago. I patched the original Japanese ISO, and if I also replaced his SLPM file, it would black-screen. Using only his patch along with reduced J_text, I played up to the fifth match in ML without any issues.
 
I've just had a longtime with the Wii version of this series, is there an option file for real team and player names?
 
@NeoRetro yeah there was DLC of sorts for Wii. It was a free update
I saw it by launching Dolphin emulator as i own 2011/12/13, "update teams with latest rosters" or something like that.
There wasn't that option on Pes 2009 version, never tried the 2010 so no idea.

BTW i searched a Wii save file/O.F. but it's practically impossible. It shouldn't be impossible to, sort of, convert or copy the database on iit as it's the same exact rosters as PSP/PS2/3DS version. Now i don't really care as emulating the Wii is okay, but for playing games "Playmaker" style with Wiimote+Nunchuk on emulation is impossible.
Nunchuk movement recognising is technically impossible, as you can't enter the movement as an input during controller configuration.
When you have to shake from left to right the nunchuk to shoot for example. But no problem for all games better to play with Classic controller like DK Country Returns or Mario Kart Wii, Even plateformer in 3D etc.

Personnally i still own a Wiimote + Nunchuk /not official/, but not the console anymore.
But O.T. > it can still serve very well and for an ultra cheap price for any type of games using a lightgun : you just need to buy a "Dolphin bar" (only difference is the USB output to plug on your PC or emulation device).
There's superb Light gun for emulation to play for example Time Crisis/House of dead etc. But the most affordable i saw costed 120-130 euros (wired...) while you can get a combo Wiimote/Nunchunk combo (8 to 15 euros on Aliexpress) + gun accessory for Wii (the best to me cost 12 euros) and the sensor bar for PC type Dolphin bar (less than 10 euros). Let's count maximum 35 euros, almost the price of an acceptable Pc Controller vs a 120 to 600 (!) euros Lightgun...

@sk_rea2f Nice project bro, just a question : are you working on a 25/26 version or an Og Season version? Just to say : all AFC teams from 2006 to 2010 are hidden in J.League versions (fake names of course) for the World Challenge + ML Asia qualifications for example, if you mind.

Yes, comparison with Aoki as it got the same stats as the latest Pes 2014 DLC, i didn't checked if rosters for NT are the same as 7.0 World Challenge or 6.0 DLC, but stats didn't changed from the 6 to the 7th DLC : modes only (i don't remember that teams were already updated for the WC 2014 as it was in May/April so too soon)
But personnally i don't need to check that far, i remember like if it was yesterday when i checked the "changelog" from Pesdb 2014 website : i remember not a single player got his stats decreased and tons of them like 80% get boosted.
If only i could put my hands on the previous update (5.0), we could have the very latest acceptable Konami's stats before Aoki. Now i tried both on PsP and the gameplay feeling was more arcade just because of it/the global stats increase for way too much players.

It's for the original season.

I don't have any excel files though since I don't use Microsoft Office or anything similar to that.

I play classic controls so never used playmaker style on the emulator.
I mean, you could always just buy a Wii. They're so easy to hack but even if you don't want to hack it then PES games aren't really expensive for it.

Buying a Wii was one priority as i was sort of "obligated" (for not having family troubles) to sell my Wii to a cousin as i shared that Wii to him and he wanted to keep it... But as i can sell some older console, i wanted to keep the Wii as it offers a very different gaming experience, for shoot, for Pes too (even if i don't get transfers i will ask here if someone got a save).
Try it with the nunchunk in PLAYMAKER mode mate, it's like a real time strategy football game, it's totally unique not only for a football game but for a team based sports game. you can move practically all your players like when you launch a player to place him on last Pes versions, but also move backward DEF/MID players.
I never played that version on VS but it should be fantastic.

Of course i'd like better as i'm used to casual football games, (you still control and dribble with your player if he got the ball or not on PLAYMAKER mode with the nunchuk) i found really genius what they created, they are the most underrated games as it's like a revolution to play like that and it's fun. It would be on every top 10/20 Wii games but often that's guys from US doing ranking or who just don't like football games (i wasn't a super fan before ISS Pro Evo neither to be honest, but i liked Super Sidekicks and Iss deluxe or not on Snes. I really don't care about top ranking you can found everywere but i only watch to get idea to download but also buy a remaster or remake, if it's what i was waiting for i will probably love it whatever the rating Metacritic or others people from YT and blogs.

For example i watched before Ps2 top games by category and many top 3 games weren't really my cup of tea, or even they were bad but good with nostalgia glasses.

I used to own a Wii so I have tried it in playmaker style. It was fun but I still prefer classic controller mode. I'm all about less movement as possible 😂
 
Have you tried the "Play with Miis" and "My Team" which only includes miis in it. also, wiimmfi workarounds.

For this one I actually use Master League save data.

After I chose a team to start Master League I switch the team with cheat engine so it loads the hidden teams instead. & save it to use for exhibition.
It works but it's for exhibition matches only.

I don't recommend it for a full playthrough though.
